Makeup That Lasts For A Long Time From Lime Crime

I wear makeup each day. I love being able to have makeup on my face as I go about my day. This is a great way for anyone to look as professional as possible. In my business, it’s really important for me to be able to convey professionalism to every person I meet. I can’t spend hours each day with the need to constantly reapply my makeup all the time.

I want makeup that will work with my needs and not against them. According to Beauty Bay, this is one of many reasons why I have chosen to buy a lot of my makeup products from a company called Lime Crime. This up and coming makeup place is where you can go to find makeup products that allow you to have makeup that you know is going to remain in place no matter where you are or what you’re doing.

Liquid Matte Lipstick

Perhaps my favorite product that you can find here are the liquid matte lipsticks. Liquid means the lipstick goes on smoothly. This makes it really easy to apply. Unlike some other kinds of makeup, this kind of lipstick means that you can put it on all the spaces in your lip without it clumping or having it feel really bad. Once it has been applied, the makeup becomes matte.

This means that it dries easily without a problem and will stick to your lips. This makes it so easy to apply the makeup to your lips without a problem, enabling you to avoid worry that it’s going to run once it’s on your lips.

A Worry Free Day

The result is that you can get really worry free lipstick from Lime Crime. You can apply it anywhere you want. I keep a small tube of the lipstick in my favorite colors in my pocket all the time, meaning that I don’t have to worry that it’s not there. I also keep a small mirror so I can whip out the mirror and then put on some makeup as I like, without any worries. A professional look is mine from this company.

EOS Fast Track

If you’ve been to any popular supermarket, chances are you’ve seen a product called Evolution of Smooth, or, EOS Lip Balm. EOS made its debut seven years ago and has only grown more well-known. With their innovative designs and subtle flavors, EOS has made it’s mark on its industry quickly.

EOS founders have recently revealed on fastcompany.com their exemplary business strategy. They have gone from a small startup group, to a $250 million company. Not only have they had success in their profits, EOS has also provided stepping stones for the lip care industry and has estimated a $2 billion increase by 2020 for the industry as a whole.

The idea for the orb-like shape EOS produces its balm in came from many women who were tired of losing tubes of chapstick and didn’t like the idea of applying lip balm with their fingers. For a while EOS lip balm struggled to find a design. They wanted to please all five senses, instead of just creating another means to an end. They even went as far as to using organic ingredients, all the while keeping the price at only three dollars.

Some other challenges EOS faced was selling to males, and competing with other major brands. With Walmart, Walgreens, and Target selling their product, along with social media marketing EOS has become a household product. Visit evolutionofsmooth.com to view the full EOS product gallery.

Magnises Is What Is Happening Among Millennials

Magnises is a private club for millennials allowing them to take advantage of discounts and perks in New York City. Founded by Billy McFarland, the popularity of the platform has exceeded all expectations.

For a modest $250 fee, a Magnises member has access to favorite restaurants, clubs, bars, meeting rooms, events and special excursions at very nice discounts. Most of the businesses who offer the discounts are places where millennials are frequenting which makes it a very natural process for young professionals, entrepreneurs, and managers to meet.

The key to the essence of Magnises is the Black Card. All of a member’s information is copied onto the Black Card’s magnetic strip from their debit or credit card. The Black Card makes the payment, and the discount is automatically applied. Source: https://www.instagram.com/magnises/

McFarland’s target market is young business people, artists, garment industry workers, and professionals between the ages of 21 and 35. Millennials thrive on socializing, sharing ideas, and making business connections, and Magnises is the perfect way to do that.

McFarland is no stranger to success, as he formed his first business at the age of 13 where he helped a local business find clients. While a freshman computer engineering student at Bucknell University, he founded a company called Spling, which takes the URL of a company and transforms it into a graphic image, used for branding and marketing. He is still the CEO of Spling, with clients such as Discovery and Universal.

Magnises began in 2013, and by the end of 2015 there were over 10,000 members and growing. McFarland is somewhat selective as to who gets to join, as there is an online application which has to be approved by management. Businesses have to toe the line as well because McFarland wants to be sure that a business is in for the long haul. He wants to make sure that customers get the best treatment.

It is not unusual for members to find a complimentary bottle of wine at dinner, or special seating at an event. Recently, McFarland held a Hudson River cruise with drinks and dinner, and there was also a special glimpse of new Tesla automobile prototypes held at a local racetrack where members got to test drive the cars.

With a recent venture capitalist influx of $3 million, plans for expansion is in the works. Target cities are Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and London. McFarland and his management team see no problem in duplicating the business model elsewhere where millennials thrive, and the large metropolitan areas are where they live and work.

The design not only looks good on paper but in reality, it is a matter of discovering what millennials want in a particular area, and then fulfilling the need. One service that has become very popular is the availability of meeting rooms. These areas can be rented by the hour, at a discount of course.

The future of Magnises is brilliant indeed, as McFarland has found a fantastic way to meet the needs and expectations of his millennial crowd, and they love it.

Handy.com making huge leaps in the online home service provision business

The advent of the information age has led to changes in the way services were conventionally offered. However, this does not mean that there have been huge changes in the attitudes of people towards the delivery of the same services. For instance, companies like Uber were hailed for simplifying the public transport systems. However, a few years down the line, it is emerging that people still trust their regular cab guy more than the cheaper and more convenient Uber driver, which has led to a huge setback for the company.

The same case applies to providers of services such as home cleaning and similar services. This is the backdrop against which Hanrahan and Dua, the duo that founded Handy have had to operate under. Hanrahan was of the idea that they should take their services online from the word go. On the other hand, Dua thought that the idea might fall apart on them, and for a while, it seemed like it was right. Even when they received some funding in September, Dua still feared that ‘Unicorns would fall’. Then they got the $50million Series C venture capital funding and the pressure eased a little.

The on boarding process did plummet the company 40 percent, just as Dua had predicted, but this was not the end of the road for the company. The problem made them cancel thousands of bookings and the complaints skyrocketed. The problem was starting to resemble another one they had encountered a year before when they put everyone on the recurrent service plan with no opting out option. But for the duo, this was just a stumble on the long path to success.

The bookings are back on track for handy.com, and the venture capital they have raised is about $110 million. Business is better than it has ever been, and they are looking forward to better times and experiences in the future.
